Ciao Custom Cakes

Thank you for considering Ciao Custom Cake Service. Please note all Custom Cakes are handmade at Queanbeyan by our specialist cake artists.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend a minimum 7 days’ notice for all custom cakes. Custom Cakes take a considerable amount of time and we often have a constant order flow. Please understand that those cakes ordered early will have priority over short notice cakes. However, we understand that life gets busy, so please don't hesitate to enquire about last minute orders and we will see what we can do for you.

Send your custom made cake order to cakesbyciao@gmail.com or order here. Please include the following details: name, contact number, preferred cake, serving size, time & date of pick up, or if delivery is required, and example pictures to give as a clear idea of what your needs are. Please allow 24-48 hours for initial response – we get very busy!
Once you have sent your email to us you will receive an automated response. If you do not receive an automated response please check that you have sent your order to the right email address. If you still do not receive an automated response please contact our store 0262997707.

Payment.
Cakes can be paid via the Phone, by Direct Debit, or in person at Queanbeyan.

If you require fresh flowers or alcohol bottles as part of you cake design we can source these locally for you depending on what is needed. Please enquire if needed.
