Ordering Your Custom Cake
All cakes are handcrafted from scratch, designed just for you. Follow these steps to place your order — or simply email us a picture of your dream cake and we’ll take it from there.

How many people are you serving?
The number of guests determines your cake size. Our suggested serve is roughly 5–6 bites (a small slice). For seconds or larger slices, we recommend sizing up.

Tall cakes stack 2+ layers of mud and extend upward. Tiered cakes add separate layers. Contact us to discuss the best option for your event.

Customise Your Design
Email us an example picture and our talented decorators will create a cake as close to your vision as possible. Browse our gallery, Pinterest, or Instagram for inspiration — then screenshot and send.
Our team will work with you to match your taste, aesthetic and budget. Tall cakes, drip cakes, character cakes, number cakes, tiered cakes — we do it all.
Ready to Order?
Email us at cakesbyciao@gmail.com with your name, contact number, preferred cake, serving size, pick-up or delivery date, and any inspiration photos.
We recommend a minimum 7 days notice for all custom cakes. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.
